Bank Details and Payment

Bank Details: Please ensure we have your correct bank details during onboarding to facilitate timely payments.

Payment Schedule: If you are on a zero-hours contract, payments are weekly on Fridays. For contracted hours, payments occur on the last Friday of each month.

Payroll Number

Payroll Number: This number is crucial for Finance to identify you and should be quoted in all communications with the Finance and Payroll team. It can be found on your payslip.

Timesheets

Timesheets: Each job requires a completed timesheet with all fields filled out accurately to ensure timely payment and client invoicing.

Submission Deadline: Timesheets must be submitted by 8am every Monday for inclusion in that week's payroll run on Friday.

Expenses

Expense Claims: Submit expense claims with receipts by Monday morning for processing and payment on Friday.

Payroll Queries

Queries: Email all payroll queries to payroll@psecure.co.uk for prompt resolution and to maintain an audit trail.
